Hmm. If you ask me, Holy Grail is the funniest overall of the Python trilogy, but there are individual moments in Life of Brian that top anything in Holy Grail. I like Meaning of Life, too, but it is a different type of humor -- still absurd, but dark.

I am currently suffering from a bizarre problem, and that is a surfeit of wrestling shows. AEW Dynamite (and AEW Dark) have won me over, and NWA Power(rr) is too much fun not to watch, but there are so many other competing shows that I am having to pick and choose. NXT remains watchable, but 205 Live has lost so much of its talent to the WWE 'draft' (e.g. the Lucha House Party) that it is sitting on the bubble for me. Impact is back on a network (AXS) that can be watched by more than a handful of people, but it is still Impact. NJPW announced a new NJPW America promotion, and MLW Fusion is still chugging along on You Tube.

So much wrestling, so little time. And, as per usual, I have you lot to blame for getting me back into it. *shakes fist* :-P

And yes, Zelda II is weird, but it remains my favorite Zelda.

(Hmm. Will the U.S. Switch version of TMS#FE still be censored? That is the key question for me.)

I suppose I should not be surprised that Manga Gamer operates on the same level of bullshit as Winged Cloud, but that is still unfortunate. What does it say about VNs as a genre that so many of them only get ported -- and, indeed, created in the first place -- due to slave labor? ... Then again, the same is true of anime. I suspect Crunchyroll relies heavily on similar practices.

There are days when it feels like our hobbies are slowly being strangled to death by a combination of changing culture and bad business practices.

I have always been a mecha fan, but SRW alerted me to tons of obscure series that I did not know. It's not a bad rabbit hole to go down, honestly, though I still need to catch up by getting SRWT.

Unrelated: I'm a little annoyed that Trails of Cold Steel III is not on Switch. Still got the game, but I'd much rather have my JRPGs on Switch, these days.

SO1 should have been released on the SNES in the U.S., but the PSP remake, soon to be remade again for Switch, is good fun.

SO2 remains my favorite PS1 JRPG. Beat it four times, and I have been pondering another run. Best version of the Private Action system.

SO3 pissed me off because that plot twist invalidated all of the previous games.

SO4 is shite.

SO5 isn't even a finished game.

The GBA Original Generation games aren't as good as the PS2 Original Generation game (which was its remake and is more canon), but hey, it was my intro to SRW too.

I beat OG1 eight times. ^_^; Good to hear that the other Endless Frontier is at least playable in English now.

If I remember right, i went with claws on Jade and really didn't use Rab a lot but you'll see why later on in the game.

I more or less did this, too. It'd be neat to try a spear build with Jade, but she's just too good with brawling. Rab requires a bit more care.

Also: I did read on the Game FAQs board for Wrestling -- Other Federations that all of the episodes for this season of NWA Powerrr were taped more or less back to back, so Jim Cornette got to have all his old school wrestling in one fell swoop with a minimum of travel.

AEW Dynamite has been entertaining, and I will keep watching. I also recommend AEW Dark on You Tube for the matches that did not make it to TV. And, if you are looking for (extremely) '80s-style old school wrestling, NWA Power also premiered on You Tube this past week.
