Imo why women feel offended when men they don't find attractive show attraction towards them is because they think "wow only unattractive guys show interest in me, is this what I deserve?" It's like if only fat chicks showed interest in you. You'd be offended too.

Well yeah...

That's how most good looking guys feel when an unattractive woman with a crush buzzes around them making shit awkward. A lot of times those guys also get painted as a villain just because they got tired of humoring a clingy sea hag making irritating passes at them...

The difference is men are more likely to still hump & dump an unattractive woman to take off the edge between real prospects, particularly now that hook up culture is openly encouraged more thanks to things like apps and societal shifts. This still seems to occur despite the risk of having a baby with an unattractive woman. Testosterone...

Women, on the other hand, are less likely to do the same with an unattractive man (even though they can). One of the biggest reasons is the risk of getting pregnant with an unattractive man's baby. And I'm not saying any of that has to change; I'm just pointing out how things generally play out.

Anyone who continues to push the "wage gap" myth has not done any recent reputable research at all. Both people on the right AND left are now showing concern about young men not making as much as before (although the far left only cares about how it impacts women as far as looking for marriage partners).

The point is economical equality of opportunity between the genders in the west has basically been achieved for the majority.

Lets be honest though, theres more than just sexual preference behind consistently and loudly repeating your distaste for trans women and how youd never have sex with them, over and over again every time trans people are mentioned, like certain users on this board do.

Yeah, there are people who are also aggressively discriminatory towards trans people.
Some of them are also outspoken about not wanting to date trans people. Surprise surprise...

Not everyone who admits to be disinterested in dating trans partners is one of those haters though. And it's grossly disingenuous when someone implies that's the case. Some of them for the most part are fine with trans people being in the neighborhood, being coworkers, being friends, being politically supported.

Some people not being interested in dating (or more accurately sex) with trans folk is not innately hatred. Especially when those people are otherwise outwardly supportive of trans communities in multiple other ways. Some of them might even be related to a trans person who they love as a family member very much, but still not interested in dating trans partners themselves.

Media messages and social movements involved with pressuring other people to date a certain group will always fail, because it's not only dismissing what the people actually want instead...it's demonizing it. That can actually lead to an INCREASE in discrimination and hate crimes towards trans folk, not lessen it.

The average straight person's definition of heterosexuality typically does not include dating transgendered people. Believe it or not, that's not oppression.

If people are kind enough to accept your transition to another gender, platonically treat you with mutual respect, and otherwise don't stand in your way towards living a free life...they're not obligated to give you anything else as far as respecting you.

If they're not interested in dating you, tough luck. You're not entitled to someone else's love. No one is...that's the point.

The average game player understands that an in-game avatar is just an object/vehicle to manipulate and not a personal identity. Most people don't take it further than that. However, some games offer options for customizing the object's appearance, which many players consider a bonus as either a chance to make it interesting or just easier on the eyes. And sometimes that leads to a male player giving the avatar the appearance of an aesthetically impressive woman even though it's just a bunch of pixels.

Did you know that a similar trend happens among female game players as well when they're given the option? Some girl gamers pick male avatars and give them idealistic appearances too, often for similar reasons as the male gamers do (you just don't hear about it as much, particularly if you're a guy yourself).
