If you just look into nutrition a bit and hit the gym I think you'll feel much better over all. I doubt your friends would mind showing you the ropes, but youtube videos also helped me a lot. I have always gone alone and at first felt super intimidated like I didn't belong there, but I watched videos on form and routines and felt pretty comfortable in not much time at all. --- Gt: justaguy3492

The real victim is the family. They abuse, steal, and lie to their families. I go on calls dailies where people are just beyond their limit with their partner or daughter on drugs. The guy I arrested was 40 years old. I had his 80 something year old father come out and come take his car so he wouldnt be charged several hundred dollars to tow his car. That old man looked like he had beyond enough of his sons shit The familyis without a doubt affected, but I don't think anyone sets out in life to do that stuff to their friends and family.
