That is, but that tends to be a subconscious association more than anything else, relying on imagery that makes the consumer feel good or that they recognize from commercials to bias them toward your product. Changing the mascot will certainly have an impact on PepsiCo's ability to attract new customers (whether a positive or negative impact will depend on good the new marketing is). Existing customers, however, already know what the product is and know that it's the one they want to buy. Provided they don't put actively off-putting imagery on there (like what happens with cigarette packaging) and they communicate the brand change well enough that people know what to look for to get the same syrup, that shouldn't dramatically impact their sales to existing customers.

Idk. Like you said, it just depends on what and how they do it. Though, I could see many people changing brands because of the decision. I dont really think that many people agree with the decision. That being said, I dont think that many people are against it, either. Most are probably indifferent. But some may change because of whatever reasons...

That's primarily a subconscious thing, though. What Zeus was talking about was consciously deciding that the products are less desirable without the mascot on them, which is absurd because the moment you start thinking consciously about it, you should be able to realize that there's no difference in the product itself.

I was mostly joking. That being said, isnt one of the points of a mascot (Though they are used for other things, as well) to make people buy your product instead of another if the products are pretty similar? Like, if I have to choose a syrup on picture alone, Id probably choose a motherly looking Aunt Jemima instead of this guy...

Depends. How will it work with the seating? If it goes back to "first come, first seve", then maybe. If there's still paid seating, then most likely not (unless I can get good seats), or on certain weekends when people are less likely to be there, (like Superbowl weekend).

Also, the mask thing is weird. I wouldn't constantly remove and put my mask back on to snack. I'd probably just let it hang...

Are shoe racks common where you are? I know they exist and have seen them. But I rarely do. I had one when I was young, but it was in my room for my shoes. And my mom had one in her room for her shoes. y asian friend may have had one next to her door, but I don't think anyone outside the family used it if they did (Even she just slid her shoes off by the door). So, while I see them sometimes, it's not very often. And when I do, it's in a bedroom...

Depends on what they want me to do. At some people's houses, I never take my shoes off if that's what they do. But if they ask me to take them off, or take theirs off, I will.

At my SO's family's house during Thanksgiving, everyone takes their shoes off at the door, so I do. But at a co-workers house, everyone continues to wear theirs, so I do, as well...

If they got the series 4 for that much of a discount, then you could probably get an even better discount for an older one. Not only that, but it sounds like you don't want to pay $100+ since it's older. But paying the same price for a what seems to be a far superior device might not be as much of an issue. But if you do what the 0 series, you may be able to possibly get a demo unit for less than $100...

It sounds like you want to only hear music you like on the radio and stuff. Not that you really care if something is garbage or not. If you don't like the song that's playing, change the channel. If it's in a store, wear headphones. Just because you don't like something or think it's garbage doesn't mean everybody else will agree with you... Nobody going to change stuff and stop making money to make you happy. And the store isn't going to change the song from a popular song that people like to one you want to hear because you hate popular things, or don't like it...
