I remember some show about future evolution that said Octopuses would adapt to living on land and be the new dominant species. it might have been called The Future is Wild. tried to look it up and that is one that exists. I don't know for sure if that's the show i am thinking of but if it is, they showed octopuses living in trees like a million years from now

true. there was this show called Life After People that was a Documentary series where each episode talked about a different aspect of how the world would change if every human suddenly vanished. and in one episode they talked about some birds that would mimic human speech and that our words would still be heard after we were all gone, in some forests
