There arent any meaningful biological differences because race isnt real. People note contrasts in skin color, hair, facial features, language, culture, etc. but its all a socially constructed distinction, not a scientific one.

I mean there are some biological differences thats why some ethnicities are more vulnerable to certain types of disease
