Showerthoughts is one of the most moronic things on the internet. For every good/clever thought, there's a hundred idiotic ones.

I don't like Trump, but I have to think he's doing something right based on how ugly the people who hate him behave.

I mean think about it, the people who accuse him of being hateful say things 10x worse than anything he's ever said. If those are the kind of people against him, I honestly would rather side with him because I want no part of people with such evil hatred in their hearts.

I still don't. I'm a strong, healthy, well-adjusted, superior genetic, human wastebag. I dare that puny little virus try to take me out. The only reason I'm still inside is because people try to act like I'm a selfish prick for not being a scared ass bitch.

Been working out pretty consistently for the past 3 months or so. Had a stressful couple weeks where I got out of sync there for a bit, but got back on track the past 2 weeks. Been starting to go for runs now during my lunch break since working from home. Just gotta stop drinking like a pig and eating crap food. Since my car blew up on me and I moved out to the sticks, trips to the grocery store have been less frequent and I'm not eating nearly as well as I had been.

So I guess I've been doing well in some areas, poor in others. Better to be 50% good than 0% I suppose.

Apparently, in 11th grade I got drunk with this chick and we had sex while I was blacked out. Didn't even remember it. She was a real close friend of mine and she was also dating another really close friend of mine. He was super pissed about it, but it turned out he was cheating on her anyway with the neighbor girl and knocked her up right around that same time so nobody really felt too bad about it in the long run.

After graduation the following year I moved out of my parents' house and we hadn't even been in the apartment for 6 hours before some random chick came over and fucked me. I didn't even know her before that night. Word got around fast that we had an apartment and a party broke out. I was already pretty drunk by the time this chick showed up and she ended up giving me the rest of her drink which was SUPER strong. Next thing I knew she had her tongue down my throat and proceeded to drag me back to my room and we got down. I consider that my first because I could actually remember that one.

I tend to catch feelings pretty quick when it comes to women. I've been through enough messy breakups, rejections, and outright awkward/humiliating experiences that I pretty much ignore women these days. I'll still be civil and engage them when necessary, otherwise I just keep to myself. Not worth all the effort and drama. The margin of error with chicks these days is next to zero because they have so many options.

One chick stopped seeing me because my aunt killed herself and I wasn't feeling up to hanging out with her friends that day. Around that same time a friend's ex was always drunk dialing and trying to get me to call her cabs over to my place. It was scummy enough for her to do that in the first place, but while I'm grieving over this horrible tragedy, these chicks just wanted to get drunk and fuck.

Another chick roped me in and had me madly in love with her. Some time goes by and suddenly there's radio silence. I ask her what was wrong and she proceeds to tell me that she's married and we shouldn't see each other anymore.

Years later that chick tells me she's getting divorced and the girl I was dating at the time saw the text exchange. My girl ends up messaging the married chick's husband and tells him about the affair. The dude was an unstable PTSD military type. The whole thing blows up and I'm looking over my shoulder to make sure this dude wasn't going to murder me or something. I lose both chicks in the end and the girlfriend ends up ditching our lease without any warning. I'm worried about retribution from this dude for shit I didn't even know about at the time, my rent doubled overnight, and I'm heartbroken over losing both of the women in the process (the chick getting divorced told me to never contact her again after my girlfriend threw gasoline on the dumpster fire of a marriage she was already in).

All of that stuff was over the course of about 18 months. Having two female roommates surrounding those times and seeing what trashy sluts they were that'd manipulate meals out of dudes and bring random strangers over to fuck/move dudes in without asking, I think I've seen enough. Even if I've had just really bad luck with all this stuff, it's still enough for me to walk away from it all.

Too early to tell. Honestly, we'll never really know until we see the virus go through its full course. Once we see how bad it is in the end and whether or not the cures were ready in time, we'll be able to make a fair assessment.

Since I'm in the camp that this is an extreme overreaction and he's letting each state handle it on a case-by-case basis, I'll say he's doing pretty good. Federally they're pushing back tax day and suspending student loan interest rates. That's something. If he puts a a grand or two in my pocket that'd help.

Him saying not to release the jobless numbers is enough to do the same thing.

I'll add that the sizes of the armies were also proportionate to the actual armies in the war, (i.e. in WWII the U.S. had a MUCH larger air force than the rest of the world combined, the only one even remotely close was Japan).

Make a game out of it. I had a World History teacher in HS that made a giant Risk-like game for the class to play about WWI and WWII and it was super dope. We were divided up in teams to represent the different countries and we all had our objectives to achieve. Naturally, some of these would conflict, while others had incentive to team up against certain countries and form alliances.

To this day I still remember what each country's interests were and what those wars were all about.

I know a guy that stole a bunch of cars when we were teens. He was on house arrest all through high school and was paying off all the fines and restitution for over a decade.

Currently, yes. Not for long though.

People bashing No Man Sky on its release ruined the game for me. I was enjoying it until they pointed out how repetitive and bland it was. I suppose I kept assuming that I'd find something really amazing if I kept playing, but once they shot that idea down, I was done with the game. Never picked it up again, even after all the updates.

I think it's possible but I'm not betting on it.
