Gotdamn! It's like night and day, I was operating on Flinstone tech. My old PC is on her last leg, my optical drives no longer work, I just said to hell with it and started compiling parts for the new build after that.

I don't know why I waited so long to upgrade but I'm kinda glad that I did after the new AMD chips came out.

MGS4 was awesome, and a great sendoff to Solid Snake. It was what MGS5 should have been as far as game design goes. MGS does not lend itself well to the sandbox approach that PP had.

I didn't mind the number of cutscenes or how long they were because it was trying to wrap up a storyline.

Treating hair in this sacred/intimate way which people do is weird

In many African cultures hairstyles IS a big deal and in many cases signifies a lot about a person from their ethnicity, marital status to other social aspects about themselves.

For natural black hairstyles it takes a lot of time to wash/cowash, detangle, deep condition, style, part and twist the hair and sleep all night with a bonnet so it can stay in place. Then when she wakes up she has to take out all of the rubber bands, style it, blow dry it, etc. This process can take hours and if I did all that I'd be taken aback and get annoyed if people suddenly felt the urge to touch my hair too.

If you're curious, just ask. A lot of black people would be more than happy to explain our hair care routines but don't go in just feeling entitled to touch.

Lol me too, I liked how utterly ridiculous and popcorny the first jurassic world was. The second one I didn't like so much, they got too far up their own butt and thought they had a good story.

I kinda liked the direction they took in the second film. It became kinda more like a horror film in a way, like a high budget Sci-Fi channel movie. They should have went all the way in that direction with the Indoraptor.

If a person asks to touch her hair and she's ok with it then I don't have a problem with it. It's when people just reflexively touch another person's hair is when it becomes an invasion of space. Curiosity is ok, but it's faux pas to just go touching any black person's hair without asking permission.

Unless it's my barber or the stylist that does my twists then I just don't want random people putting their hands in my hair period. I don't know where your hands have been, you could have been scratching your crotch idk.

It depends on where you invest. Places like Texas, southeast and the midwest are cheaper than the northeast and the west coast.

In my area you could by a decent fixer upper for 30-50k and flip it or rent it out, property taxes aren't high either.
