I kind of want do two in depth posts here. 1 where I take a look at how Phil talks (how he revealed the Bankruptcy saga), but more importantly, 1 post where I take a look at what bankruptcy actually means and what it is.

I am going to do the latter first, so we all can get a firm grasp of the situation that is unfolding here and try to objectively as possible look at what it means for our hero, Phil. Because Phil is a fucking unreliable story teller, and the way he explains bankruptcy make it seem like a golden ticket out of a shitty situation, I assure you, it really REALLY isn't. Phil is grossly downplaying what is happening either due to ignorance, or sticking his head in the sand.

Lets start by looking what bankruptcy itself actually is. (I will admit now that I am not from the US, so I might get a few things wrong here and there, but I assume the gist is the same regardless of country). It's a legal process which people use to get alleviation for their financial situations. This is requested at such a time that debts have become so numerous that there is no possible way out for someone.

To be able to declare bankruptcy, you basically have to prove it. You have to prove that your debts are of such a nature that based on your current income and situation, there is no feasible way you can pay them off. This is immediately interesting, because (and I assume that Phil is telling the truth for the sake of this argument) Phil will have to prove his debts, but also show his income and expenses. Meaning, he has to prove that based on his situation, there is no way he can pay off his debts. That means that his spending habits will be revealed too. Oh, and it will all be publically available court documents.

That means that if a judge rules that because of his completely irresponsible spending, there might be a denial. When Phil will have to explain (assuming the finds on KF are true), why he has spend tens of thousands of dollars on mobile games, when he had debts to pay. That picture alone gives me a great chuckle.

Let's assume that he does get to declare bankruptcy. Then things are getting interesting, and not at all like Phil has described during his podcast stream.

For starters, anything that is considered excess, will be liquidated. Phil seems to be rather sure of the fact that he is getting to keep his WA Condo. I really REALLY beg to differ. More on that in a second. On top of that, Phil also believes his WA Condo is safe because of his "job".

The latter I want to look at first. Phil's job can be done with 1000 dollars and anywhere in any house. You need a console, a laptop and a capture card and BAM, you are a streamer. His WA Condo is not proof of his job, and he can't prove he needs that house to do his job either. See, his "office" is nothing but a man-cave, a hobby.

Now on to the first point, since that ties in neatly now: There is a very real chance (depending on the total sum of his debts, mortgage, accrued interest, etc) that his WA Condo will get sold. This house is worth a great deal, Phil can be forced to move back to Connecticut, and the money from the sale can go to debts. Normally, up to 125.000 dollars are safe, meaning you have enough money for a basic house and necessities. Phil has 2 houses, one of which is worth considerably more. The bank isn't going to give a shit about Phil's job. Or situation. The only thing that is going to be looked it is the debtors getting their money.

Phil likely could be forced to get a job. Streaming is not going to be acceptable, because this is not a guaranteed income, even if Phil clears over 100k per year. If Phil's audience stops any and all donations tomorrow, he is in deep shit. They will likely not ignore it either, because he IS making money. So the likely situation is that he'll be forced to get a job and work part-time maybe.

Back to the excess bit. Anything in his house that could be considered excess/luxury, is likely to be liquidated, this includes anything that concerns streaming. I am not going to speculate too much here, because in the end, it'll be up to a judge to decide whether Phil qualifies for bankruptcy to begin with and what will happen to his assets.

But the only thing I can say for certain, is that Phil doesn't appreciate the gravity of the situation. His WA Condo is at stake, he could lose it in order to settle the debts, he could lose his streaming gig by being forced to get a job.

The one thing I really don't know, and I'll openly admit that, is how Kat factors into this. Since Phil bought the house and had a lot of debts, the debts and house aren't in her name. However, she IS married to Phil and her income surely isn't going to be ignored in all of this, and could have serious consequences. I have no idea if her income is going to be part of the equation, but since this is going to affect them both, I cannot imagine this isn't going to affect her.

I'm so thinking of getting one of the Gundam Wing ones. I was a fan back when, then tried watching it again a couple of years ago, but just couldn't. The suits though are still awesome. Trowa's Heavyarms was and is still my favorite. I just like chain guns.

I recently got my first model from the Unicorn series and it is fucking amazing. The detail, transformation and look are top notch.

I'd also recommend looking into the Iron Blooded Orphans, especially Barbatos.

I wanna react to this with what happened on stream, because this is rather telling.

Phil has finally admitted to being foreclosed upon. It's weird though, since the court documents are public, and since day 1 of them being openly available, he's been banning anyone bringing it up.

He's also said that Midfirst Bank approached him to resolve the issue outside of court, but Phil pretty much ignore the hand extended to him. I cannot for the life of my grasp why he would do this. Maybe he truly believes that the bank will take the L. Bit he didn't seem that worried. I still have absolutely no idea what his endgame is here, but I doubt whatever the outcome, it will make Phil look bad.

Given the fact that we know that Midfirst has taken this to court and Phil failed to show up (he didn't adress this) Phil already is in a very poor situation to resolve this, so when they start to crack down on him, it won't be pretty.

I honestly don't understand why you would default on over a hundred thousand dollars, the fact that he is trying to ignore this makes him look really bad, and given his income, I doubt any court would take issue with taking literally anything of value of Phil.

And that brings me to the tweet, he says that the bank is most likely to go after his statues, because of their worth. And funnily enough, that is what he seemed most worried about. I really have no idea what Kat knows about all of this. But damn, if I found out my spouse was blowing tens of thousands of dollars on a mobile game, and is being foreclosed upon for over 100.00p dollars I would get the fuck out of there.

And unless I got it wrong, Phil wants to declare bankrupcy. It seems HIGHLY unlikely given Phil's income.

Chapter 11 seems his best bet, since he does own a business and will try to work out a payment plan with the bank. But the bank will be vicious on this, given his income being over 100.00p dollara yearly. They won't give a shit where all the money is going, especially a mobile game. So Phil will be denied trying to set up the bare minimum.

And he outright doesn't qualify for Chapter 13, since he doesn't have a normal wage or a normal situation (2 houses, and again, over 100.000 dollar income annually).

The 1800 dollar goal back in October was to retain a lawyer for this situation, this once again lying what money is for, and literally making his audience pay for a situation he created. And I have a really REALLY fucking hard time believing that a lawyer would advice him to file for bankrupcy given his income. But we know that Phil already is a damn unreliable source of information.

It ended gloriously though, Phil had a meltdown, got angry at all of his chat for bringing up the WWE game, complete with flipping the bird on camera. Phil also was mad at people spilling inofrmation about the situation and reitterated as always that detractors take a small piece of truth and spin it. Here is the deal however, the fucking documents of this saga are publically available.

There is no spinning of words here, there is no wrong interpretation. There is no wondering wether Phil is lying or telling half truths. There are just the official documents. And my guess is that is what pisses him off the most in the end, he cannot control the narrative anymore. This whole thing isn't going to end the way he thinks, because he seemed to believe that just in 6 months, he'd be on track on fixing the situation.

If it was THAT fucking simple, why would it have taken him years to get there? He truly is delusional if he actually believes that filing for bankrupcy is going to work, or work the way he explaines. And I refuse to believe that any lawyer worth their salt, would advice him to let the foreclosure happen. Because if it does, if the bankrupcy goes through, he is fucked for life.

And he doesn't seem to appreciate the gravity of the situation.

I'm laughing over his day off because of snow. I mean, there barely was any. And the idea of a "day off" is funny as fuck. He needs a day off of what exactly? If you were to look at this, no one in their right.mind would say that whoever is playing the game, is enjoying themselves.

In other news, Phil admitted that he and Kat were friends before they had a relationship. Apparantly during the time he was with Leanna and she was with her boyfriend at the time. Given Phil's hatred of people who cheat (sparked by his dad) this is a strange thing to admit. I am guessing it'll be retconned at one point.

People also seem to have forgotten that he spend thousands of dollars to fly her over several times and thousands of dollars to move her across the country.

The KotoR stream was a beautiful mess. People in chat calling out people who play mobile games, Phil also denied that he set a 2k money goal during the Christmas stream. So it went from money for taxes, to money for his tax attorney to not happening at all. Phil also admitted not paying a single dollar for taxes during 2019, so expect begging to ramp up soon.

He's also been hinting heavily how crap his laptop is the last few weeks. He has been ignoring troll tips heavily, but in a disgusting move, he also is ignoring the money attached to them, not adding it to the tips totals. And Phil was just too busy with his phone, ignoring detractors and flat out not playing Pokemone Mystery Dungeon.

Someone called Uselesness_TheyCallMeDSP (Uselesness being the Guild Phil is in in the mobile game) asked in the chat a rather harmless question: why people are confusing him with Phil. And got subsequently banned.

This was great, they didn't adress anything, didn't call out Phil or point out anything. All Phil did here is make himself look guilty by acting the way he did. Because if he really didn't play the game anymore, and no one else can know about it, why ban someone for such a harmless question?

Give Phil just enough rope, and he'll hang himself.

On KF they found that tournament or special event results are stored online in excel format, and Phil's account was active during the week of Christmas.

Also, proof has been found that that same account was active yesterday (or 2 days ago depending on your timezone).

Phil recently claimed not to play movile games, because they are a money sink, but as he did, he revealed intimate details of the working of such games, and in the past he has admitted to playing at least a DBZ and a Final Fantasy mobile game and a couple of others.

And during Phil's E3 "coverage" he seemed annoyed no mobile games were announced and even seemed to defend mobile games.

Phil's knowledge of mobile games also seems to exceed his knowledge of regular games.

Now, this is mostly speculation, and I do believe that skepticism is a healthy approach. However, the flipside is that a detractor is wasting tens of thousands of dollars to make Phil look bad.

And I urge everyone to read the thread on KF, so many sources of proof are there, I cannot possibly fit it in a single post.

I'll try to answer the hype-train question to the best of my abilities/knowledge. I might have a few things wrong/off but the general gist is:

The Hype Train happens if a certain amount of people (minimum requirement is unknown to me) cheer is a short span of time. When the Hype Train happens, people who participated are rewarded with a random reward, reflecting of the tier of train reached. There are 5 tiers, but I do not know what the requirements for the different tiers. It could be the number of cheers or the amount cheered.

There is a cooldown on how often the Hype Train can happen. The lowest cooldown is an hour, so that means at the very least there is a 60 minute cooldown in between trains.

Only cheers/subs contribute to the Hype Train. This conflicts Phil. He loves money, but he loves tips the most. So he want the Hype Train to happen, but he just can't decide whether this cuts into the "quality" of his stream, because is a contrarian. He doesn't want the Hype Train to "derail" the stream. But as Phil received cheers, he stopped playing whatever it was to look at the chat to see if another train would go off. Also reminding people that the cooldown has passed.

Because Phil is all about that organic growth.

And about idiots giving Phil troll tips. I feel conflicted. Lots of troll tips are really poorly thought out, though I do get a chuckle out of them, Phil largely ignores them. But Thirdeye consistently gets under his skin. He got Phil to talk about Tevin, and how he is the cause of Kat never appearing on stream again. Then he got Phil to contradict himself, and Phil responded that Kat was never going to appear on stream again anyway. Phil was visibly having trouble keeping his story straight when he seemed to realize that his stories weren't adding up (Kat never showing up vs Tevin chasing her away).

Getting Phil to contradict himself in just 10 minutes time, getting him to stumble is far more effective trolling than giving a troll tip with a name like kat-got-blacked or some shit.

I'm just here to laugh.

If people ever feel the need to point out that they are better than someone, the probably aren't.

Having said that, everyone here is just there to enjoy the trainwreck, the slow burn. It's easy to catch Phil in a lie because every time he tells a story he has told before, it changes.

Example: he always used to tell stories about him being a "top dog" during his dorm days. But recently he told that he was a victim of bullying, but also as retalliation, he shoved a bully into a wall so hard, he dented the wall.

I sure as hell don't believe his stories, because there never seem to be any repercussions for Phil, and the fact that the stories change all the time makes Phil unreliable as fuck as a aource of trust for these stories. I am just here to laugh and point out those inconsistencies.

I treat Phil based on the way he behaves, as he behaves ridiculous, he will be ridiculed.

I think one of the most frustrating aspects of FPS games for him is, chat can't help him. How well Phil does is entirely dependent on his own skills and reflexes. There are no overpowered builds; there is no exploitable AI. It's Phil versus real people who know how to play the game and can adapt to different situations and adjust their strategies as needed--and he can't accept that these people are simply better than him.

Nah, that applies to any game that is essentially skill based. Shooters, fighters, anything as you said, involving real peoppe.

There is no grinding to become stronger, there is no handholding to aim better, it's just you and your wits and trying to become better.

Phil never changes his tactics, never minds his surroundings, never approaches the same situation differently. And to protect his fragile little ego, it's "never his fault". He can never laugh at his fuck ups, be humble in victory, praise his opponent, anything really that could be considered good sportsmanship.

Also, about Phil being poor: on KF they are trying to crack down Phil's account on a mobile wrestling game, a game he might (and I do want to stress the might part) have spend over 10.000 dollars on, it features recent screenshots.

There is not "bikini" armor, you could use layered armor, but in the same vein you can make males completely topless aswell. But the normal armor sets for females look awesome and are function over form.

It can be many things.
Cellphones, cordless telephones, baby monitors, bluetooth, car alarms, microwave ovens, video senders, amateur radio, wireless microphones, etc all uses the 2.4 GHz band.
If you really want to know exactly what, you can get a spectrum analyzer and try to find it.
Changing the Channel on your WiFi network might help you.

Problem is that 2.4Ghz is saturated as fuck, so changing channels probably won't amount to much.
