I feel sad... I want to give my mom a new kidney. But it will be impossible with the prices. It must be nice to be jeff bazos and all them rich people out there who can afford anything they want and have no worries about money for their whole life

We all know that america has the worst healthcare out of any country, but I found out something today that shocked me. I thought cancer treatment was terrible enough costing tens of thousands a month just for medication. But today I read a kidney transplant costs $450,000. A heart transplant costs 1.5 million dollars. Is this a joke? Its not like the doctors are making thr organ for you synthetically, its given by a donor, how does it cost that much just to exchange the organ? And this is not even counting the cost of the anti rejection medicines.

My mom has stage 4 kidney failure and goes to Dialysis 3 times a week. Thankfully so far somehow it was worked out so she doesn't pay anything for that. Or my mom would be dead right now. But if I match her blood type and wanted to give her a kidney we would never be able to afford the transplant. The medical system is so terrible and greedy that they even make you show proof of how you are going to pay for an organ transplant. Either you afford one or you die. This country is a disgrace

The CDC said its not about if, but when. For the virus to spread in america like its doing for other countries. I just find it ridiculous that all these countries where the virus is killing a bunch of people are fine with allowing international flights still. China is the most to blame though. That's where the virus started, if they contained it in the first place it would have never apread to over 40 countries now

Now that thr corona virus is reaching pandemic proportions across the earth, should america take the preemptive step of closing the borders and stopping all incoming and outgoing international flights? Soon enough america is gonna turn into like the other 40 countries which has thousands of cases and continuing to spread every day. What are the pros and cons of closing our borders now to protect the citizens of this land?

The problem is that most cops shoot to kill in these situations and this get away with murder. All they need to do is shoot the person in the leg or arm to drop the weapon and then arrest them. No reason to fire 100 rounds in fear or aim for the head, heart and such fatality areas. Makes me wonder what kind training police receive

I try to keep faith in God. I love Jesus but some things that happen to me and my family and other humans on earth are so terrible I wonder why God allows such bad things to happen to people when he has the power to take away any pain and suffering and stress and anything bad. I don't want to give up on God, I pray and talk to him about things I just hope he won't keep allowing certain things to go downhill

Yeah that's a shame man. Property taxes suck. The IRS are too powerful in America. Even a president has to fear them. What a shame americans need to give their hard earned money to the government.

I just found out today that there are 7 states where there is no income tax. I was surprised since I always heard death and taxes are the two inevitable things in life. Anyone live in one of them states without taxes? How does it feel not to have to give your hard earned money to the government? I'm surprised this is even possible. A shame that the rest of the country have to pay. Its so odd how laws vary drastically between states for major things. There is also 5 states without sales taxes, that's pretty nice too.

Can someone give me a good explanation about how a day on Venus is longer than a year on Venus? A day on Venus is 116 days, a year on Venus is 225 days. My brain is really confused about the fact in my question. I am struggling to figure it out! Thank you for a good response
