I was about to head out to a 'telephone club' (WTF) to get some dirt on my mark, but I found a guy lying dead on the side of the street so I was about to buy a stamina drink for him (and for me as well, just to restock) but then I ran into TWO other subquests lol. A statue of a street performer that comes to life and now thinks he's human and a guy looking for fake cheap jewelry to trick his unsuspecting girlfriend. --- Into the woods, but mind the past... Raka_Putra 05/13/20 8:46:49 AM #1	So Kiryu finally found the Tachibana Real Estate building and beat people up. But things get complicated as it seems that they're protecting people from yakuza. Even though they just sell lots and buy buildings like overgrown Monopoly players. That guy in prison/Kiryu's ex-boss already knew Kuze wanted to sell us out and frame us...I don't know, all these yakuza intrigue is not wholly interesting to me but ok. And now...we're in Osaka! I knew we'll get to play another character but I didn't expect it to take place in another city with a whole new map to explore and stuff. This guy Majima looks like someone's Deviantart OC. He runs a high class brothel and takes care of drunks with class. I'm liking him already. But anyway some more flashback, is Y0 really a prequel when we have extensive flashbacks and unexplained backstories but ok. Apparently Majima was tortured for a year but the yakuza torturing him was so impressed that he's not dead yet that he let them into the family. Then they kicked them out. Then Majima wants back in to save his bro, who's in trouble for killing 18 members of a rival family? Did I get that right? So now he's forced into a middle management role as a punishment! Now that's a fate worse than death. He has to buy his way back into the family. Along the way, I (either as Kiryu or Majima): Helped a kid get back his Dragon Quest 3 Chinese rip-off that got stolen by his own dad Helped a girl rob crane machines for dolls and then beat up her mom's loan sharks Pretended to be a TV producer and made it out ok since they share some jargon with theater and others can be deduced. This director guy is wack. Coached a wannabe punk band to talk like bad asses Stopped an enterprising high school girl from selling organic clothing items Pretended to be a boyfriend for some rando girl and her dad hit on me I mean I'm not mad about it Sent agents to rob people around the globe in order to get some weapons Combat-wise, I'm really digging Majima's slugger style. Last time we see him, the 'owner' of the cabaret club wants us to kill someone so we can renew our Yakuza Club membership. Yay. --- Into the woods, but mind the past...
