Crossovers require knowing who all (or at least most) of the respective parties are to fully enjoy it. You dont need to give each character a solo film before the crossover as long as the crossover is actually good. Reminder that before the Justice League cartoon, only Superman and Batman had gotten their own series. And it was likely a lot of kids (if not most of its target demos) first exposure to most of those characters. --- |
