I can see some first gen multiplat games that are shared with PS4 and Xbone to hit 120fps like cod, for the first 2 years probably even at 1080p or 2k at best... But yeah, I think devs will focus mostly on other things. It's going to be even more divided next gen when it comes to resolution vs framerate vs graphical detail. I think 2k fidelity will be common, but maybe they'll have graphical options?

with gaming laptops, you'll likely plug them in most of the time anyway though, and you'll still get decent hours with regular browsing. Look into how loud the laptops are when running in regular hrs vs gaming, thermals, etc if you care about that stuff.
