Many policies are broad. Their wording may include specificity for certain things but there isn't going to be a specific policy stating "We don't hire neo-nazis"

It'd be in a "Hiring Practices" policy and in a section or subsection of that policy there'd be "Incompatible Philosophies" or some bullshit that would cover not hiring known neo-nazis or known white supremacists.

White communities don't deal with the same problems as black communities. How can you expect them to understand concepts like systematic racism if they never had experienced it before. They at the very least have the slight idea that it happens.

That's why there are so many CEmen that have no idea why people are protesting. They can't understand being dissatisfied with how "justice" has been doled out, particularly in communities of color.

That doesn't answer how all white people are culpable.
