There are a lot of games with the same reoccurring characters, and everything is text-based. Almost everything that happens is character development in some way. That is true. And even when you dont see a character, you can usually guess who they are talking about. Or when you see something from another character. I love those games. One of my top 3 VN series... Lokarin posted... The only character I can think of that has a serious development arc is that one chick from Walking Dead Talking about Clementine? As for the people, there are less people, but I guess many still go out to work. And on base, people were still out for walks/jogs, and bike riding. And stuff like that. Well, they were. Something recently happened on base. But I was still sleep when reading. So I have to check.. But in my hometown, I heard they adding curfew. And breaking it could result in a $2,500 fine, or a year in jail. So, what stage is the curfew at in your current state or city or whatever?
