Depends on your pace. If you can consistently do 8:00/mile then a 10 miler shouldn't be too difficult. It's only an hour and some change, a whole podcast episode really. Big thing in running, just keep yourself distracted. Don't even think about the time or miles logged. Think about what you had for dinner every day last month, boom that's 15 minutes gone by.

yeah i squeak just under 8min/mi for 8 miles.

my solo 5K race last saturday was in 20:57, about what i expected. it was nice to chain 3 sub-7 miles together again. have a little IT band soreness in my right leg though so i need to make sure not to push it so hard this week

Started running seriously again in January and have been making some really solid progress. Ran my first 8 miler in about 8 years last week and kept it under 8min/mi

I'd even sign up for a 10k at this point but everything's getting canceled for Corona :(

I'm not gonna lie, I wrote some embarrassing Harry Potter fanfiction back in the day that actually centered around quidditch but I changed the rules.

I had the seeker play as a 4th chaser. catching the snitch autowins you the game, but you can only catch the snitch when your team is up. so while your seeker is off trying to catch the snitch it's a 3v4 for regular quaffle play.
