| CableZL 01/06/20 9:51:01 PM #1 | I've been letting the diet slip quite a bit in the past month or so because I've been going back and forth between San Antonio and Austin quite a bit and not working out as much... So I gained some weight back, but my muscle mass still went up. I now have 201 pounds of lean tissue, which is awesome. Lean tissue mass changes over time: 1: 7/27/2019 - 185.5 pounds 2: 10/12/2019 - 193.5 pounds 3: 1/04/2020 - 201.3 pounds I'm so much stronger than I've ever been at this point... Gotta get back on the diet and going to the gym 5 days per week, though... Today is day 1 of that --- |
