I found it to be less open world than Skyrim (though it's not particularly linear)

Definitely a better main story

All the environments are really well developed.

The quests are super cool too. They don't really lean on map markers like Skyrim did

There's not really an equivalent here. They should say "We've heard this accusation but for reasons x,y,z it's not credible" or something. You can even coach it in language that makes it sound like they're giving her the benefit of the doubt even if they aren't.
