I'm starting to lower the anti depressents I'm on too. Before I was on beyond the max dosage of one of them, and now I'm half that That's awesome! I'm genuinely happy when people find the ability to improve themselves. Lowering meds is fantastic and a sure sign of improvement. I've been on anti-depressant and anti-anxiety meds for my entire adult life, and while I've found a really good balance, I do sometimes wish I could wean myself either off of them, or at least to a lower dosage. --- Posted with GameRaven 3.5.2 |
