I know plenty of photographers who 'practice' at sporting events, especially free attendance ones. The real question is if it was a public place. If its a school, thats not public. I HAVE the option to talk to them, but it seems to be a random chance that it can happen on the map or during the middle of the week. If you talk to them in the menu, you don't get the bonus. You just go up the Rank and get the dialogue. If you wait until you do them either on the map or in the middle of the week with the prompt, then you max their bar out. I can look on the map for the dots and sometimes they're not there. I go do some training with the Teachers and then all of the sudden one of the dots with show up. Sometimes it won't. --- |
