The ones who knocked the guy over? I have to watch the video again but I remember thinking it didn't seem like their intent to injure the guy. The guy really shouldn't have been there, but obviously doesn't need his skull fractured as a result as he wasn't a threat. The cop pushes him (or another cop pushes the cop into him? I can't remember) and he stumbles backwards and falls because he's old as fuck. Seems like an accidental outcome of poor judgment to me. So...criminal negligence I guess? They absolutely should have rendered aid at the very least.

I will say one of the things that makes voting for Biden a little easier for me is that he isn't going to be a 2 term president. I mean, I am not saying if he did a good job term 1 I would be against him term 2. But, I am saying that as far as undoing beneficial republican policies and his age definitely precluding him from a 2nd term, makes it easier to swallow if he does go after policies I think are good.
