See this is exactly it. The summary of our worlwide conquest around the globe and thousands of years of history can be summarised by a fatty, tumorous looking pastry you put next to roast beef, the least delicious kind of roast there is.

And you know what kills me? Most brits can't even cook a yorkshire pudding to save themselves. You know what it's like being british? Hearing the words "I've fucked up the yorkshires again" every weekend of your life since birth.
Wait, scones are eaten with beef? And roast beef at that? Talk about weird.

Also, you caused me to look up Yorkshire pudding...I can see how it gets mucked up often

This, and since it focuses on doing things like climbing and sprinting on top of roofs...you get the feeling that everything is much, much bigger than you, because at least as far as environments go...they are :P

@Darmik Touche

Admittedly, I hadn't played an Assassin's Creed since Black Flag and I never really finished that one, it was Odyssey being based off a point in time that really interested me that dragged me back in, and the RPG elements definitely helped, Valhalla going with another favorite setting of mine mostly due to Norse mythology means I'll at least have my eye on this haha

This looks like Witcher 3.
That was my thought too, I get they're based off similar regions, but...damn, like I mentioned above, they're all kinda blending together at this point, unless the setting is mor fantastical, and has a presentation that isn't realistic, most open world games are kinda gonna look samey

I'll probably be buying this at some point, as I enjoyed Odyssey, as I'm one of those people who easily gets sidetracked by sidequests and the like, but...I kinda hope that the open world RPG fad dies down a bit, and instead, we get slightly more linear, contained experiences.

Well it sure does look like an Assassin's Creed game :\
While I enjoyed Odyssey I do wonder why they didn't just retire the Assassin's Creed series and make a new open world RPG if they really wanted to make that change, because while I did use an Assassin build in Odyssey, it was completely possible to not stealth, at all, and in the games prior to (I'm guessing, since I didn't play) Origins, that was impossible.

As for the gameplay itself, it...looks like an open world RPG, lately, they all seem to be blending together nowadays since they're kinda over saturated, to the point that really, the only thing I care about is gameplay, story, and characters when I see a new open world MMO

I've been looking at Digimon Cyber Sleuth. Looks decent but was never into Digimon - would you recommend it to a turn-based RPG fan even if they were never into Digimon itself?
Definitely, it has a pretty mature story for a Monster collection game, and feels more like an RPG where you happen to be fighting with Digimon than anything, heck, not knowing much about Digimon might help with team building somewhat, as you won't have biases towards certain digimon thanks to previous games/anime.

For the first Cyber Sleuth, I will say that the translation is a bit iffy because they kinda just half assed the localization somewhat due to not expecting it to be a massive seller like it ended up being, Hacker's Memory has a much better translation overall, but due to how the games are connected, OG Cyber Sleuth is recommended first (Though if you're going Steam/Switch, it's a combo pack of the two anyways)

I'm a little bit of both, if the stat boost isn't anything major, I go for looks, but if I feel like I'll be gimping myself, I cave and go for stats

Luckily games with appearance/transmogrify systems mean I can go for stats, and then just change my appearance :P
