Nope. Not unless a building owner asks him not to come back and he does so anyway. And even then I'm not sure it's trespassing unless they first file something with the local police department saying they asked him not to return to the premises. And EVEN THEN I'm not sure a manager can make such a request because typically they don't actually own the building (like a drug store in a strip mall is just renting space) so they actually have no control over the parking lot to begin with.

Then someone will eventually just beat the shit out of him and that will put an end to all of it. People generally don't like being followed around in a parking lot being harassed by someone with a camera. Who knew?

Gender has been around for thousands of years. The word sex and the word gender have literally been used to mean the exact same thing since before the start of the Roman Empire. They have been used interchangeably to mean the exact same thing in the English language specifically since the time of the Renaissance in the 1300s. I mean there are hundreds if not thousands of words in English alone that mean the exact same thing as another word or more even, so I really don't understand why a small minority of people are trying to basically "steal" the word gender and give it a defintion that it has never had before throughout its history.

Sex and gender mean the same thing. They have literally been used interchangeably since as far back as Ancient Greece. Its not until the mid 20th century give or take that people started using gender more since sex started to mean less about gender and more often referred to fucking. Then it wasn't until the last five or so years that a very small minority of people started pushing the concept that sex and gender are two separate things. The majority of people still consider them the same and use them as such.

That was pretty funny. I would imagine they are trained to stay calm in the event of some dumbass trying to do something like that, as well as to fight back if someone is threatening them. They have something like 1.5 billion people. Imagine five times as many people as America fit into an area around the size of just the continental United States. And then roughly 25% of that landmass is desert. Plus I believe they did away with the one child policy a number of years ago and are now allowed two children. They realized that only allowing one child when Chinese society prizes boys ended up with a whole generation of young men who most of which will never get married from the gender numbers being completely fucked up.

This reminds me of a time when some law firm for Walmart sent me some kind of threatening letter saying I stole chapsticks and nail clippers (when in reality, I was stopped by Walmart security but they realized they got the wrong guy because the person who stole it in the security camera was wearing very similar clothes as me and he was also asian), and was asking for a ridiculous amount of money or else they will press charges against me. My first instinct was to call Walmart to sort this thing out, but instead I contacted my lawyer first and thank goodness I did because he essentially says that it's simply a scare tactic they do to get free money off of you. Replying or acknowledging the letter basically sets a bad precedent of them trying to mooch more money off of you and might give them the incentive to actually press charges (and go the whole court system) against you.

TL;DR just ignore and never acknowledge it. If they try to call you, don't bother picking it up. If they send more letters just shred it and throw it in the recycling bin (or fire pit... it's what I did).

Yeah but if you had to go through the whole dog and pony show then your lawyer most likely would have recommended a counter suit for besmirching your good name, false accusations, pain and suffering, etc, etc. You would have been able to get some money off them.

The people saying start a Muslim school think they are making a great point but they aren't at all. Muslim and Jewish schools would indeed fall under this ruling, otherwise it would be establishment of a religion and unconstitutional.

I don't think taxpayers should fund religious education, but this article and this topic are edgy atheist garbage. People who don't understand religion at all and have no interest in understanding religion talking about how bad religion is.

I personally have had great experiences with religious schools. But I have heard stories about bad religious schools. The simple solution is to pass laws banning the teaching of hateful things. This is pretty vague, but "comparing homosexuality to bestiality and incest", if that is even true, would clearly fall under that.

Edit: I think this ruling does that? According to the article, the ruling is, "Once a state funds private education, it cannot disqualify some private schools solely because they are religious." Despite what this article says, being religious does not mean you think homosexuality is like bestiality and incest. So a school teaching something like that would clearly be grounds for defunding.

You know the majority of atheists were raised as Christians right? So yeah, atheists do understand religion, thats why they are atheists. And you have obviously just discovered the internet or found out today religious schools are a thing, because a good chunk of them have been preaching hate for a long long time.
