It's not a thing you do for enjoyment. It's a baseline human need. It's like complaining that the air you're breathing isn't fragrant enough.

Hydration can be obtained from basically any non-alcoholic drink: it doesn't have to be plain water to quench your thirst (but some drinks like non-diet sodas should be skipped entirely because of the sugar content).
