He "fled" the state of Wisconsin with the intent to avoid prosecution for the offense. 2 People were shot dead just before midnight where one was shot directly at their head and one in their chest. 40 y/o Ryan Whitaker was shot dead by Phoenix Police at 10pm when they knocked on his door following a noise complaint from an upstairs neighbor He answered with a 9mm because he had a stranger knock on his door before in the middle of the night He was playing Crash Brandicoot on PS4 with his gf, Brandee Nees when he was killed in less than a minute!!
