Holocaust was bad but it seems it gets the most attention and awareness among genocides. Why isn't there more awareness being put out there for all the non-WWII related genocides. Heck there are some going on right now in 2020 in several countries.

Yea this. If people are hung on it being an American it can even be like a person from the UK/Canada moves to Mexico and gets successful criticizing their politicians/country. I don't have knowledge of other countries television programming to know if people move their to create Daily Show clones criticizing their country. I guess as has been said some countries you do turn up dead/missing if you do that but there are many safe countries.

America has these political lecture type shows with hosts that go after US politics. But many of these shows are hosted in 2019-2020 by foreigners such as Samantha Bee, Jim Jefferies, Trevor Noah, John Oliver. Do these shows like these exist in other countries hosted by Americans. Like a Canada type show where an American trashes Canadian politics or even a UK show where Americans trashes UK politicians?
