The grinding wasn't really that bad, I'd alternate between getting job exp. and getting money/materials to upgrade weapons. I don't recall what level my weapons ended up being at, but they weren't maxed out. As mentioned, beyond the numbers it comes down to keeping Ichi alive with Peerless Resolve, healing (I don't wanna say having an Idol is vital, but I did use one), and having your characters able to deal all kinds of elemental damage. --- |

The Kamurocho Underground has a few Invested Vagabond enemies that give you a ton of exp. Them + wearing the items that increase Job exp. made it go pretty fast. Ichi ends up lagging because he only gets the one Job exp item for Hero while you can stack them on other characters, though. What I did might've been overkill but not by that much. It's rough. --- |

| Quorthon109 01/10/21 12:27:44 PM #18 | My final party ended up being: Ichi (Hero) Joon-Gi Han (Hitman) Saeko (Idol) Eri (Clerk) For the endgame, I dabbled with the other jobs for each of them quite a bit and grabbed what character skills I thought were important, especially the elemental attacks. For the post-game stuff I got everyone's main job to 99 and the rest to 30, which made things comfortable enough (though still occasionally dicey). --- |

They got some better voice actors for Greedfall including at least a few that I recognized from The Witcher 3 and I think it really made a difference given that you're a diplomat and there's a lot of dialogue. The combat is nothing special but there are a few unique styles and you can mix some abilities. It's kinda clunky and it feels like they were trying to encourage a more tactical approach, but on harder difficulies it gets to be more of a hit and run action game. For a game of this scope, I think it's as good as you can expect from a AA studio. --- |

The rest of the stuff is either cosmetic, stat-boosts, or adding certain classic characters to the Management Mode minigame to make it easier. The Hero Edition (Job Set & Management Set) is only $4 more than the base game right now so I'd go for that one. --- |

I grew up around people exactly like some of the characters on the show, minus the crime. It goes beyond the dialogue and accents too, it's the characters' shitty opinions and ignorance as well. The Nemesis System is neat, though I wish they did more with it in the first game. The best/most memorable thing that could happen is you end up running into the same uruk a bunch of times. I also ended up doing a deeper dive where you're cultivating uruks to make them as strong as possible or trying to make them look a certain way with their color scheme and/or scars, which I found pretty fun. You can also import your top Nemesis and Ally into Shadow of War with the Nemesis Forge and they'll show up at certain points in the story. --- |

Being honest about the state of the game would've still resulted in them taking a hit, but what they ended up doing instead has no doubt turned out so much worse. From shady behavior with review copies to straight up lying about the game's performance, dragging Sony and Microsoft down with them over the seizure thing and the refund shit, it's all terrible. --- |
