There's only one real city in Johto, everywhere else feels like back roads and neglected. I also hear you can get a Victini, but I can't find how to actually do that. Also, Cosmog, Victini, Poipole and Keldeo are shiny locked. Also Calyrex and his duo, and the 3 legendary birds are all shiny locked. All 6 regis are NOT shiny locked.
