As with any remake, it would depend on how they handle it. In the right hands they could fix some of the outdated mechanics and keep the soul of the game the same. In the wrong hands, of course it would be shit.

I did on the ubereats sub. I actually got negative karma from it lmao. It seems to have really pissed off some Trump cultists over there. Basically all circle-jerking themselves over the 20 minute gap, calling me a Karen, and being upset I called the creepy placard propaganda.

Maybe I'll post it to a different sub later on if I'm bored, and can think of where to post it. I don't really use Reddit much. These assmad responses are making me want to post it more to rustle some more jimmies so maybe a more active sub.

So I read through that whole post and would say youre exaggerating the assmad aspect of this a bit, and the Karen thing is actually kinda funny since you are complaining pretty hard about this. You also had some folks saying it was correct to report it. But anyway... heres my thoughts on this as a driver for UE.

• I personally think it was the correct move to report this. Youre paying a premium for food delivery, so as the customer youre 100% entitled to have a hassle free experience. If I were the customer this would have annoyed me as well, so again, right move to report it.
• UE customer service can indeed be terrible, but I expect they will definitely flag the drivers account for this. Although youre positive it was the driver and not some other canvasser, the fact remains that its impossible to definitely take your word on this due to the 20 minute window. That said, if the driver is doing this on every order, chances are another person will report him and then there will be absolutely no question on your claim since a pattern will have been established. You wont be notified or anything if they do take action, but you can take some solace in this fact.
• All that being said, I dont know offhand if there is a specific clause in the driver policy that forbids this kinda thing. I personally think its shitty, but unless there is something specifically forbidding this Im just not sure if there is anything they can do. I think the policy tends to be you may be deactivated for any reason at any time though, so take that as you will.

What is also very impressive is if you pay attention there is a long single shot sequence in the school fight right after moon says "can't we all just get along?". You might not notice it but I feel like your brain does, and it makes that scene even more interesting.

Also I didn't see any hidden cuts so it might actually be one shot.

I chalk it up to the fact that Zabka is simply put, a treasure. Macchio is fine in the role and what he does, sure, but Zabka plays Johnny so perfectly as the lovable asshole and is more relatable in general.

When you can make Kreese a sympathetic character, you're doing something right.

Exactly. KK1 is definitely the best movie of the series, but even then its really not super fleshed out and is a pretty straight-forward, surface level story. Its really quite impressive how much more the show has filled in details and built up the world with all the characters.

Thats really a big part of the draw. I really am looking forward to them bringing back more characters and seeing what they do next.
