Which everyone says dont use because you can hold up to like 300 hours worth and cash them out when you quit/retire. but damn Im so ready to use my 4th sick day this year but i only have 3 weeks before my year recycles --- |

And lounging at home for a week sounds fun but id probably go stir crazy. I usually take days off. Last year I took a week off for my wedding. But I usually just take a specific day for a game, or whatever were doing. We get three days off, so usually an extra day off is already 4 days which is enough time for a vacation somewhere --- |
