It's a lot like Streets of Rage but you can upgrade your characters to make them more powerful. Cobra Kai dojo uses fire based attacks, Miyagi dojo uses iced based attacks. But you dont have to upgrade. The combo system is pretty good though. Every opponent has a life bar and you can rack up over 100 hits easily. You can tell that the guys who made the game were big Street Fighter / Mortal Kombat / Streets of Rage fans. Here's a description of the characters' moves:

Miguel - Has a fire uppercut like Ken, fast kicks, a hurricane kick type move, and a move that can set enemies on fire, holding them still
Johnny - Has the sweep the leg. Axel Stone's Grand Upper, Zangief's spinning clothesline, and ability to power up briefly
Tori - Has a punch of spinning fire kicks and a fire version of Chun Li's Kikouken super
Hawk - Has a fire hurricane kick and a move where he can shoot fire wings out of his back

Samantha - a clear rip off of Chun Li. She has the spinning bird kick, kikouken, and lightning kick
Daniel - Uses a lot of moves where he can pull giant ice blocks out of nowhere and use against the opponent
Demitri - Has some pretty cool ice moves like an ice sword, exploding ice dummies, an ice freeze mist move... very original
Robby - Basically an ice version of Miguel. He uses an ice uppercut and other ice type moves like a stomp that throws an icicle down.

If you were a fan of the 90s fighting games and Karate Kid movies, you will like it. I just wish there would have been some unlockable characters.

Just wondering what to expect.

Game play and music were surprisingly good. It has a good combo system. Also, it's 2 players simultaneous, which is rare.

Well I've had people debate with me on here and I'm like dude, this is what I did and it worked. I'm married now.

well, see how she reacts when you talk to her. if she is really nice, laughs at your jokes, etc, maybe just ask her when the last time she had sex was? either that or just invite her to your place if you have one, or when you drop her off at her place, see if you can kiss her. if she lets you kiss her on the lips, see how many times you can do it, if she lets you do it over and over again, maybe try kissing her on the neck / right below the ear. if she lets you do that, see if you can put your hand on her knee. if she lets you do that, just slide it up slowly. if she lets you do all of that, then you can probably sleep with her. if one of you have your own place that helps a lot though. if not, you just have to be creative. maybe take her to a park where there aren't a lot of people around and do it some place no one will see you, or ask her if she wants to get a room?

If people want to disagree, that's up to them. I'm not here to debate, I'm here to try and help the ones that were struggling. But people can say what they want.

That's a good point I forgot to mention: When you ask them out, ask to go have coffee or something cheap. If you go to a restaurant, some will take advantage by trying to run the bill up.

Eh, sometimes. I never met any that were that great, but if you just need one just to have one, it can be good.

I know Golden Eel is probably going to chime in, but I saw some guys in my last topic talking about how they are lonely so here are some things I have learned, take it or leave it. I had a pretty good success rate. Over the course of about a year, slept with about 6 girls.

1. Be care free, say you are open to a relationship or just casual dating but that you would prefer them to be honest with you about what they want so that there is no confusion.
2. Don't say anything negative about yourself, women, or anything else. Act like you don't care.
3. Mention some of your interests briefly, like if you are into video games, don't go into detail about it, just say you like gaming. I usually would just write something like, "Some of my interests are: Gaming, horror movies, drinking beer, classic rock, and pretty much any type of music, I've been to a lot of concerts." And that's it, just keep it brief.
4. Don't say anything sexual, unless they say it to you first.
5. If you make good money, put that on there.
6. When you message them, just introduce yourself, ask a question about their profile, tell them they are gorgeous, and see what they say. You could even try saying you are new to the area, they like hearing that.
7. Once they talk to you, just answer their questions and just keep asking them questions. Don't talk about yourself unless they ask.

Now see, here's the difference. You've done that. You know what it's like to have a girl like you, kiss you, put her tongue in your mouth, climb on top of you naked, say that she loves you, etc. I'm 36 years old, and I've never experienced none of that. God damn dude, try the dating sites. Just act like you don't care if you meet someone or not, like on your profile say you are down for whatever, don't try to act picky, and just ask the girls questions about themselves and don't mention anything you just said, and you should be able to get some.

Lol you meet some crazy bitches on those sites. But that's why most of them are single.

You can blame societal norms for that. The single lifestyle, at least for man isnt nearly as advertised or praised as it is for woman. So alot of guys generally feel pressured to seek out companionship just to fit in. Rather then become happy.

The issue is all the stuff leading up to that. The emotional turmoil of continually being unwanted. Knowing you don't have a chance, and that it means you're not good enough and feeling like less of a man. When you just want to know that someone might want to be with you... yet there's no one.

I think there's a difference between 'single' and 'alone'. I think we may be discussing different but similar points.

don't build it up too much man. crack heads and people at bars fuck each other all the time after just meeting. there are a lot of low lifes, some of which are women. they aren't worth stressing over.

Like one time a guy was pissed because we were out of kale (I worked at the commissary), another time a guy was mad because the ketch up on the bottle he had was broken. People would give me attitude when I was driving. A plain clothes officer was telling this guy not to wear his sun glasses on top of his head once, a tech seargent got mad because i accidentally called him staff sgt. Stuff like that.

They are anywhere from 18-25 now. Thought about it.

Are you speaking from experience? I've got a lot of family in various branches of the military or they served in various branches, AF included, and from what I've heard, it's the chillest branch. They don't call it 'Chair Force' for nothin'. I've also heard that it's common for a lot of officers to be kind of awkward, at least on some level. Apparently the stereotype is that a lot of the bookish, nerdier types tend to go into the AF, even a lot of the pilots.

Uh yeah, I worked at Lackland for like 2 years. It's chill because it's easy, but most of those guys are a bunch of tight asses. The girls too.
