It somewhat depends on the game, but it usually stays in my pack throughout the entire game. That's what happened with CS3.

If I'm only controlling a single character I'll feed it to them though. That's what I did for Tales of Berseria, gave them all to Eizen.

I bought the Battle Pass and am also close to finishing it. If you're willing to spend on the game, I believe it's a very good deal relative to the normal paid packages just from the extra pulls, even ignoring the significant additional bonuses you get. That said, mora struggles are eternal.

So this is what I'm slowly building for Spiral Abyss; let me know if there's a problem. The non-DPS characters can mostly get to lvl 60/70 and stop around there, I would think?

Team 1:
DPS: Diluc (lvl 80 with lvl 80 Prototype Animus and my best artifacts)
Healer: Barbara (lvl 60)
Venti (lvl 50)
Kaeya (lvl 50)

Team 2:
DPS: Xiangling (lvl 80 with lvl 80 Crescent Spear and my 2nd-best artifacts)
Healer: Bennett (lvl 1)
Fischl (lvl 80)
Traveler (lvl 50, not sure if Anemo or Geo will be more helpful)

Am 39, should be 40 by Saturday. I at least am good on ascension and weapon ascension mats for the next tier for a few characters, and with the long gap to 50, there should be plenty of time to catch up in other areas.

It's not done yet; the 1.1 patch should finish up the Liyue questline, I think. Until now yes it just stops.

Nah, I pulled out a map. There was one in Jueyun Karst that was in the tunnels I missed. I figured it was probably something like that since I couldn't see it from up top anywhere.

Neat, I just found all the Geoculi without referencing any maps. I even found the 1 extra, since it turned out they were both close together west of Wangshu Inn.

And yet despite that I'm still missing a Shrine of Depths.

Anyway I'm basically down to finding the last Liyue Shrine of Depths and two Amenoculi and then I'm done with explorations.

Right, I knew that. But one of those guides said something about a 300k xp limit just for forging ore.

I suspect that's referring to the daily limit on how much ore you can forge.

In other news I didn't know about the maintenance but did just get to WL4 today. Wish I could play more to make use of the better drops, but at least I got Diluc to 70 right away. Materials are tight though.

I don't expect much to come of this for a while, but I submitted a bug report for the Luhua Landscape quest, and I doubt I'm the first. It seems to bug out very easily and become uncompletable.

Took me a bit to realize the tier lists are based on roles and the first one in the link is ranking them as DPS, rather than being a holistic ranking.

Out of curiosity, what are you other folks doing in the post-30 game? Patch 1.2 is a long way off still.

At AR33, I still have some exploring to do. I'm trying to sweep through the map and get as much treasure as I can find. Not exhaustively, but at least pretty thoroughly. I mostly have the Jueyun Karst or whatever it's called left to explore, but that region is huge, and I only did the minimum when I was doing the main quest. I need 3 more of the wind oculi but I'm not going to bother trying to dig those out, and the last level of the geo ones too. Beyond that I'm using resin on ascension mats in preparation for AR35 so I can get my main team ascended quickly. I'm pretty behind on weapon mats though. Putting off Spiral Abyss since I only have four usable characters.

It's the latter, but I don't know if the story is actually missing. The route order was still enforced in the original FSN. I think you could pick choices for UBW before finishing Fate, but it would bad end you; they could easily still keep that and no content would be lost.

Just about everything Fate is fine to experience without reading the full VN, they're all disconnected. The only exception I can think of is Hollow Ataraxia since it's an actual sequel. Extraverse is absolutely fine.

I'm in a similar boat, where I've hit AR30 and am needing to refocus on grinding mats. I guess I should be prioritizing getting my characters ascended and leveled to 60, and then their weapon ascension mats? With talents and artifacts being low priority for a while still.

I've only been paying attention to them recently; I was going through a lot of AH's old gameplay videos for fun. But I did hear about this story. Pretty gross. I didn't know they were going to take out the videos though. He's been in a huge number of these.

I've read a good number, the latest being Summer Pockets, which was pretty good though not great. Will definitely read the rerelease when the fan translation for that is released. I also own both Baldr Sky and Chaos Child to play, but haven't gotten to either. I'm also interested in Robotics Notes but I hear the Steam translation isn't very good, so I'll wait for the fan edit for that one.

My overall favorite VN is of course Umineko, with Higurashi, Little Busters, Rewrite, Ever17, and Steins;Gate all being pretty high up there as well.

The fact that the initial Seize the Day login event wasn't just a continuous thing is maybe the most baffling aspect of the whole game. The rewards were only decent. Most gacha games have a daily login so people are incentivized to at least keep up with things even when they're too busy to play. Really weird, and I'm sure something will be put in.

I've found the event finnicky (not picking the clots up correctly or getting them destroyed by accident) but haven't run into the bugs you've described. Maybe I'm just lucky. I do feel underpowered though. I bring my level 40 Xiangling but there's always at least one carry. I started prioritizing kills and think I'll reach 100 kills by the time I do my 20 (14 currently).

At this point I've watched Higurashi, Yashahime, The Day I Became a God, Adachi and Shimamura, Wandering Witch, and Jujutsu Kaisen. All pretty good and worth following, I think. Wandering Witch is maybe borderline, but I'll certainly watch the next episode. The others are for sure keeps. Not sure if I'll pick anything else up, I'll probably wait and let everything else run its course.

You need to get to AR20 before the 1.1 update, then you can claim Barbara as an event reward. She's a water 4* healer who's pretty strong.

1 - The level up button in the corner doesn't level up the character. It puts you on a screen where you have to expend the regular game currency and then your character shoots up a bunch of levels.

Ah, well, that's how you do it. You also have to use exp items plus the currency. Sounds like you were doing it correctly though.

1) I had Lisa and was controlling her for quite a while, and she remained level 1 the whole time, until I "paid" to level her up. I don't think that's how it's supposed to work. That's just for a boost, right?
2) Is there any actual point to leveling -- like, there's skills and talents in one part of my character screen, but I don't have any idea how you acquire those.
3) Is there a way to earn the currency that lets you roll again?
4) My adventurer handbook is stuck on tier 2 until I improve a weapon to level 10, but how do I improve a weapon?
5) Is there a way to heal without food?

Surprised you managed to avoid tutorials for some of these?

1. If you go to the character screen and Attributes, the Level Up button is in the bottom right. Not sure what you mean by 'paid'.
2. It increases stats. I believe acquiring talents is done from getting dupes of the character.
3. You mostly get primogems from doing quests and exploring, which you can then exchange for the gacha currency.
4. If you go to the character screen and go to Weapons, there's an Enhance button in the bottom right.
5. I know the Statues will do it. I assume there are other methods too.

I did some rerolling and finally ended up with an account I'm satisfied with after rolling Venti and a couple 4*s. So now I can play this in earnest. It's seemed plenty fun though.

Yeah that's the issue. I didn't like the Rewrite anime much either, though admittedly that felt like it might have been an adaptation problem.

That adaptation was definitely very bad, deviating from the source material in a bad way. That said, Jun Maeda didn't have nearly anything to do with Rewrite in the first place, which was mostly written by Romeo Tanaka.

Oh yeah I guess as a fan of some Jun Maeda things I'll probably keep an eye on that show also in case people say it's really good, but my hopes are pretty low.

His original anime have all been pretty sketchy (too short) but I'm still going to watch it.

This season is really exciting to me. Usually there's only 1 or 2 shows I pick up, but there are 4 I will definitely watch (HIgurashi, Adachi&Shimamura, Yashahime, The Day I Became a God) and a few others that I'm keeping a close eye on.
