He invited me to go over to his coworker's house. I needed a distraction from the election. His coworker had at least 5 blue line flags.

My (black) friend saw nothing wrong with those flags and was like "the guy's alright and been good to me. A flag's a flag." I tried ti explain to him how a flag is not just a piece of cloth but a symbol that represents ideas and culture. Blah blah we start talking about politics. I learn that he doesn't give a fuck about politics yet somehow has views that the media is always lying. One President is no worse than another because neither will help us. Blah blah cages were always there.
