I'm trying to think of a reason for TC to push through Arkham Knight but I genuinely can't think of one.

It's weird, because I don't really dislike Knight as much as other people but it really is the weakest game of the trilogy, no question.

It's not even as good as Arkham Origins, at least Origins had some good boss fights and decent moments in the story

I know the mod is what got me into the game. Hell, I didn't even touch vanilla CK2 other than the busted tutorial. Today with CK3 was the first time I played the base game.

Fair enough, but I'd imagine even compared to the Super it's probably still a 50%ish boost

You usually have to upgrade your motherboard for the CPU or new types of SSD's etc. in my experience. I haven't really looked into GPU compatibility though.

There was one specific feature they showed off today that would require PCIe 4.0 that's kind of an answer to the PS5's SSD. Other than that one feature it should be basically identical on 3.0 I think

They're capable of using them yeah

Maybe not to their full power without a PCIe 4.0 mobo (if games even utilize that one feature they showed), but they'll still be massive upgrades on older mobos in the majority of games

I'd wait for reviews and benchmarks before saying anything about it's performance really. Just because Nvidia is saying it's supposed to be better than a 2080ti doesn't mean it actually will be in all scenarios.

Of course they're gonna try to make it look as good as they can and hype it up, but it doesn't mean it's really as good as they say and it could be mostly hype talk.

there's been video of third parties testing the 3080 vs the 2080 so I'm sure the same exists for the 3070
