Im not sure, but I do get lighter versions of that from time to time. I heal extremely slowly and my skin is hyper sensitive in general though.

Also looking up on it, a common thing is that the rash is pretty red sometimes purple (like my first one) and shiny, all of them also are bit elavated, flat bumps.

First rash (started in June in a scar I got from an injury in march):

I've been low key following these topics because I'm pretty sure I have the same thing on my leg and have had it for a couple years now. Nothing I've been prescribed has ever done anything so I might look into it. This is mine, they always look like razor bumps, but they don't ever go away:

I aint no expert. But do you get rash when you injured your skin, like after it heals? That seems common for this. For example:

The line of rash was just a regular scratch, it healed then I got the rash.

is it treatable?

It can self heal from months to years but no thanks, its just gotten worse. But yeah, I can do cortizone cream but it had no effect for me and it would be tedious since I have it all over my body, in my mouth and genitals as well. Internet says there is cortizone pill treatmemt but my doctor said it has too mamy bad effects to use that option so he will prescribe some cellgift pills to take once a week.

But I dunno it might be something I will get the rest of my life, hopefully treatment works, I get rid of them and it might pop up later in life erc. But I dont really know how it works.

Lichen planus is not a dangerous disease, and it usually goes away on its own. However, in some people, it may come back.

He has had a great life for what a pet bird can have (best would be in his natursl habitat ofc) but he was born in a cage (sister had birds), and we had him very early, he could not even fly we had to carry him all over. He has never been locked in a cage either, always been able to fly free in any home we had.

Wow they want to put me on something for my depression and I have been saying no.Do you wish you never took it or did it help you.

I would not have been able to heal or use the tools I learned in therapy without it so yeah it helped me a lot. But I think you should never take them without having therapy or something. Its like when you break a leg, you use a crutch, but for your mental health, just gotta hope you get a ceutch that fits you. I was lucky my first try with SSRI worked probaly. I dunno.

It did always work but I was less horny. But when I tried 15mg for awhile it went flaccid sonI went back to 10mg. Difference now is much increased libido.

Which one? I stopped Effexor (tapering as doctor wanted) and it was still hell. I couldn't control my moods. Like I would randomly want to try and then randomly get very angry over something minor. I had the brain zaps. I couldn't sleep right. And to top it off I had my first cluster headache cycle in 8 years when this was going on.

I hope no one has to experience those withdrawl effects.

Escitalopram. 10mg oer day. Tried 15mg but that gave too much unwanted effects, 10mg worked well.

Yeah SSRI can mess tou up despite sometimes neededing it. Yours sound pretty severe. But you are off it now?

Bad plating and photo but I was hungry af. But yeh, a mushroom risotto with chicken and chicken based stock (that I had in the freezer when I made chicken stock) which I added plenty of dried mushrooms to get the mushroom flavor in it as well.

Every component and the way I cooked them all compliment each other, the flavors dont just mesh together, you can clearly taste most of the things in it. Each bite is a real joy to eat. Man Im not a bragger but my strongest attribute in cooking is flavors and balancing them out. I barepy remember what I did, was just in the zone.
