Their version is just that he waved a gun out of his car so some time later a police officer confronted him. Officer demanded he put down the legally owned gun. The man, who was not holding the gun at the time, refused and continued to go into his home at which point the officer shot him in the back. There was no active threat. No violent crime. The man was not trying to run and could have easily been arrested later if they had cause. The officer isnt even claiming to have attempted to arrest him. And then the police didnt protect the crime scene, interview witnesses, or call the independent state investigators like protocol said. Though Snowballs always seem to do well on weird track sections like the sand in r2 or the hive section in r3 so I cant help but like those. I thought the figure 8 was cool!
