My job encourages us to follow this 'Planksgiving' schedule where you do a variety of planks everyday for the month. At the end, you turn in your calendar for a shot at winning a raffle. Running is my favorite but I'm afraid it'll make my knee feel worse so I just go for long walks instead. I don't have any weights but I guess I can do calisthenics or get a resistance band.
