Or just dive right into the mystery shit. Someone is stalking you, creepy government people are watching, and your supposed partner might be bobbing you along.

As it is, the game feels very unsatisfying because it's basically all set up and just kinda stops.

But, there has to be a point where the more basic survival components become easier/more reliable to procure so that the player can engage in the primary objective. <_<

Your needs always feel more like minor annoyances than anything

Within an hour you're just grinding away, managing your inventory, and building giant walls and machines and shit

It just feels like the genre hasn't had a game that just nails it.

Survival should be a struggle. Me finding food or materials for a fire should feel satisfying

Like you get control of a character, you got basic needs (food, bathroom, sleep, etc) and can socialize/interact with a bunch of NPCs.

A lot of customization over your character and their living space.

Open world or "connected corridor" and a main story to follow.

Does anything like this exist? A hybrid rpg/life sim

It doesn't matter who leads the CPC, they will win when Trudeau loses. There has never been an election in my memory that wasn't solely about voting people out.

We have seen recovery in some of his numbers from the WE stuff (which IIRC the Tories never polled ahead during). 338 also did some stuff with polling around hypothetical scenarios. In the scenarios where Mckay won the leadership, the CPC either stayed the same or ticked up a point or two. The ones with O'Toole in charge? The party dipped down about 3%.

I think Trudeau has another term in him.

But again, who knows? Everything can change pretty quickly.

When I was in HS I bought Arkham City

I started playing it around 1 in the afternoon and just couldn't put it down. I finished around 3 or 4 in the morning.
