Liked it, seller was like yeah theres 3 offers already you were the first. My realtor said yep were the first, I said throw in another 10k and a 1k bonus directly to him if the house appraises for less. He took a day to decide and took ours. two days later I sent in the earnest deposit --- |

I told my realtor lets go now. We got in at 1130 am. We were already the 4th family visiting. By the time we put in an offer at 1230pm. They already had two offers. I threw 20 over their asking price and the those offers still had more --- |

But we found our best house right away and didnt want to waste any more time. Ended up with 5k from the sale and closing costs for next house are 4k. So barely any profit. houses were being sold within an hour of posting. We made 6 offers on houses within two days. This one, I saw it posted, and I made the offer without even seeing it lol --- |

First two times, buyers just never paid and were from another country. So I made it US only. Third item, it went smooth. this lot, first buyer kept playing this game that he had already paid and he wanted the item shipped. Trying to scam me too. Ended up doing non payment on him. Now this person is having issues too its just a nightmare. I think the best option is offerup and agreeing to meet up at a police station. But those people just lowball you on everything --- |
