| ninkendo 02/13/21 2:03:32 PM #1 |   100 Cat SHINEs to collect was way more than I was expecting going into this game. Each play set has 5 of them to collect plus random ones spread around the map that aren't connect to any of those areas. It was a nice taste of what they might have in mind for the next major mario game as this only took about 8 or 9 hours to get everything. Fury Bowser is on a 5 or 6 minute timer so sometimes there was a bit of a wait if you were waiting for him to activate to either fight him or get a Cat SHINE that required him to be active (mainly in the postgame), but it wasn't too bad. The big kaiju fights between him and Mario were rad so that made up for it. Also throwing in a true final boss fight after you got all 100 was a nice bonus. Not to say you should skip out on playing 3D World if you haven't played it, but Bowser's Fury is a definite must play IMHO --- |

Still love Pirate Warriors games the most. I think as long as the subject matter interests you the gameplay is enjoyable and has enough variation between different characters to keep anyone engaged in the action. --- |

| ninkendo 02/10/21 6:49:04 AM #11 | For me main classes were Ichiban Hero Nanba Homeless Guy Adachi Enforcer Saeko Idol Eri Night Queen Joon-Gi Han Hitman Zhao Gangster My main party was usually Ichiban for damage and healing, Adachi for defense, Joon-Gi Han for speed (he gets 2 turns with how fast he gets) and Saeko for healing exclusively For that final fight though I eventually sub in the others if I need them and Zhao is great with his AoE ladder attack --- |

| ninkendo 02/10/21 6:44:22 AM #10 | I raised every sub job except my main one to 25-30ish. At first because you kinda want all the elemental spells on every character because Nanba's low HP becomes a hindrance in a dungeon where enemies attack for 1000 damage every turn. Then I kept going for some of the permanent start boosts you get. After that just leveled up my main classes as high as I could by the time I hit character level 99. In the Kamurocho sewer dungeon there's a save point at the end of B1, then the 3rd fight on B2 has one of the Metal Slime equivalents (vadobond something or other) so it was just running back and forth grinding on that for 400K exp every time. The accessories to boost Job EXP help a ton here because then it's 600K a fight. By the time my character's all reach 99 my job levels for my main ones were in the 70s. I probably could have had a tiny bit easier time if actually got them into the 90s, but that was good enough I just had a bit of trouble on the final fight of that dungeon having the retry a few times (its the only fight you can retry any others are instant game over go back to the title screen) --- |
