I have friends who exhibit all the signs of depression who are adamant they aren't now, nor have they ever been, depressed.

Its clear they are but to them that's outside the realm of possibility simply because they can't imagine the possibility they do (or ever could) suffer from mental illness.

As someone who was born with chemical depression, sometimes you don't realize you are depressed. I didn't even understand my depression until well into adulthood

Actually I think ADHD is or used to be at least massively over diagnosed. They thought I had it as a child then they changed it to autism

I think in the 80s and 90s many kids got diagnosed with ADHD that didn't have it

I am not sure but I wonder recently if I have some undiagnosed psychotic issue or something. I was diagnosed with chemical depression and autism as a child. But I feel maybe something else has emerged since then

1. On the pedo topic, I wasn't so much defending all relationships like that violetmasscre person or whatever their name was. Just his specificly. 2. The gay thing. I dont hate gay people. I like them. I've had many positive relationships with people considered of the lbgtq community. And I support their rights. I wasn't upset there are gay people in the game. Someone said all romance npcs can be made gay straight or bi on the whims of the player and it sounded odd to me. I am used to the bioware style where each romance npc is set as gay straight or bi and you can't change it and you just have to pick a matching gender if you want to romance that npc
