Given things like the Apple Watch flat-out do not work on Android, I'm inclined to say their market is IOS. Which they have full monopoly power over and it clearly breaks anti-trust regulations.

Epic definitely isn't looking out for anything beyond their own bottom line, it just so happens that their bottom line in this situation happens to benefit the consumer also.

The speech was kind of boring, and the republicans had all planned their hate speech towards Biden's administration already written, so what Biden said literally didn't seem to matter.

A shame, since if Biden could get 1/2 the stuff he actually wants done, he'd be the best president in decades.

I don't think Steam would apply here, because they aren't the only option to play a game on PC. You can get a DRM-free version of the game, use a different launcher, or even go old-school and play via a CD_ROM or something.

These don't apply on, say, an IOS device (and in the same vein, PS and Xbox) where the company in charge of the software has 100% of the control over what goes on their platform, and can use that as leverage over smaller developers.

Probably because the Google case is less interesting. Google doesn't really have a case (and really, neither does Epic) because Epic has always been able to just publish their apk for android programs, whereas the Apple case involves Apple being way more anti-consumer (and almost definitely breaks some anti-trust laws here)

Patrat gets Hypnosis and evolves at a fairly low level. Add in strong early moves like Hyper Fang and a bunch of TMs its a great choice early on.

The early rodents are usually pretty good, at least for the early game.It may fall off near the end of the game, but like, its not like pokemon isn't hard.

And that's why if your a trans woman who wants to compete in a sports league, you need to take precautions for that - ie. a significant amount of time on HRT - which have basically shown to have the ability to basically negate that difference in competition.

This is why there are rules to allow trans athletes in things like the NCAA or the Olympics

The NCAA has had guidelines for trans athletes for a decade, and the olympics have for 2. But because there isn't we need to get upset at a trans woman breaking a world record, or coming 6th at the high school track meet.

The problem with people like Caitlin Jenner here is that this isn't an argument anyone is actually making. Nobody is saying that Kobe Bryant should be able to compete in the women's division just because he says he's female. Its more strawman bull**** while hoping that nobody actually bothers looking the topic up. And it works, since apparently nobody looks it up.

I think you might be able to go through the first few dungeons without needing to look a billion things up, it should help you figure out things like party placements and the first perks and such.

The game is incredibly in love with its own grind, but once you learn how it works, theres a pretty good chance you'll really love it.

There are a few things I really hated about it, but they directly relate to my point here.

I think Garfield is underrated as Spider Man. The first one was great, and while Garfield could be "too cool" he still rocked the whole awkward outcast thing Peter Parker has.

Though I think Tom Holland has all the potential of being the best Peter Parker and Spider Man if only he was given an actual Spider Man story. Holland's Parker is way too cool and way too MCU focused. Peter Parker should never have the whole "king of the Nerds" thing he has in the MCU.

If this is the case and you don't have either, I'd say its definitely worth it. They're two 9/10 games at least IMO.

He will probably get parole in less than 10 years. People keep saying 12.5, but I also see the analysts saying that he will get more time. So if he gets 25 years, hes on the street in 5-7.

Im all in favor of cutting vehicle emissions, but this is a lazy effort that did more harm than good. If you want to cut emissions, ban massive SUVs and only let people have big trucks for work. Thats literally the main reason that our ozone layer is no longer there.

Easily one of the largest GHG emitters is Animal Agriculture (especially when you include non-CO2 gases like Methane) so this would do a huge amount.

Also None of those things are "because of this law" and nothing Biden is ever going to do is going to limit the amount of burgers you can eat.
