DS1's levels were kinda drab after Anor Londo, that library level had me put the game down for a while. DS2 had too many poison levels. Saving DS3 for a rainy day. But no Roguelikes arent supposed to have checkpoints you can retry them from, its sort of the whole point of it (though you might have permanent unlocks to make the next run easier). Its supposedly really short. This made me worried for the RE4 remake because thats favorite one in the series. However thankfully its not that same studio but I did read an article saying the devolopment team changed directions and leadership. --- |
