Space is just nowhere near as interesting as the post apocalypse for me. Then again, Mass Effect made me a fan of space for a couple games. So did Dead Space. Maybe I do like space and just don't care for a lot of other space games.

It's common for depressed people to project their depression onto everyone else as well. I remember those days. So glad they're over. Now I actually struggle to tell if other people are depressed cause I'm so chill most the time. But I remember liking when people were more giggly and what not when I was depressed. It made it more likely it would pull me out of my slump for at least a couple hours. Worse thing you can do when depressed is find other people that are also depressed and just enable your depression. Gotta find people who can show you there is more to life and different perspectives than just beating yourself up all the time. But that also means you gotta put effort fourth to not just be a drag on them. At least try to be pleasant to be around. Even if you gotta fake it until it comes more natural.
