| Mezcla 04/24/21 2:51:10 AM #1 | a little background on me. quadruple STEM major. one bachelor's degree each in science, technology, engineering and math. 6'11", 14" penis, 4.1 GPA, 26 sexual partners not counting one night stands, 163 IQ, 4 cars, 1 NGO, 2 fields medals. After graduating college at age 19 I did what any normal person does and bought a home. I currently live in a VHCOL city and got a 1.9 million dollar mortgage. deciding which house was tough. the downtown home was a three story Victorian townhouse with brick exterior and marble countertops, it was within closer walking distance to local shops and cultural events, and also has a ambiance that predates the second industrial revolution which can be lacking in more peripherally located domiciles. but the concentration of homeless feces on the sidewalk was higher. meanwhile the more suburban home was built in 1967, had more square feet, a three car garage so I only need street parking for one of my cars, hardwood floors and a backyard where I could set up my brick pizza oven when entertaining coworkers, as well as and nearly 30% less sidewalk feces as the downtown town home. i decided on the suburban home. after signing the mortgage I made sure to make an extra $100,000 a month in principal payments. after doing this for a year and a half my mortgage was gone. I feel I've learned a lot about finance this past year. if I had to pick my three favorite financial tips they would be
