In 3 years of ownership the market dropped and then returned to where it was when I bought so I basically broke even where townhouses and detached homes both had bigger increases. You wont see the big price jumps in the condo market. I was lucky that during my ownership there were no assessments and I didnt have any repairs. | NES4EVER 07/18/21 4:05:40 PM #16 | Back when I had a condo the strata had about 2 acres of land around the building with trees, landscaping, pool, etc. It was awesome because you could have a bbq with friends or neighbours on the grounds and someone else did all the yardwork. I don't think it went anywhere, but I remember threads about them. Anybody remember this? That was "Packing Heat" I believe (the Raa Mule guy). Great guy. I started off on that board. MisterPengy posted... I remember spending hours trying to get a car perfectly setup on the train tracks for an epic launch. This one was actually pretty easy. I found it worked best with the Banshee on the curve in the tracks in mid Portland.
