Problem with that is each of those officers now pull an annual salary, benefits, pension, etc and they're an ongoing cost. Which is why it's cheaper to just run less staff and give them overtime. I remember the rumor that the dumpsters in the alleyway of the ghost town behind shoreside vale were solid and that you could land the dodo on them and stand on them. Tried dozens of times to land on it but never succeeded. I played through again on ps4 a couple years ago and found I just dont have the patience to relearn the dodo. I quit drinking completely for 2 months, and slowly reintroduced alcohol in the last 6 months (like maybe one drink every other day). I get more sleep, I wake up feeling better, my diet improved (not binging on snacks while drinking and greasy breakfasts because I was hungover).
