That's always been the gist of my stance. I cannot imagine giving up chicken wings.

I do think I should cut back on the amount of meat I eat, but there don't seem to be any high protein alternatives that I enjoy.

We had a major wind storm in my city a few years ago and like 1/3 of the city lost power for about 3-4 days. Our power was out and the smoke detector in our bedroom was hardwired to the power so it beeped every 30 seconds. The heat was also electric so it went to about 40 F. We tried to tough it out but I got 0 sleep and had no where to go. No one else in our building tried to stick around so it was a ghost town.

Yeah I played the demo. A little weird starting at 5 digits for stats. And growth was really low despite leveling fast.

Fallout 4. Nuka world was better than anything in the basement game (except for the choices feeling even more non-choicey than even the base game). The park is amazingly fun to explore.

You're one of the users who was fighting cancer a couple of years ago right? I'm guessing you're at least partially vulnerable from that. I'd assume everyone is infected and wear a mask whenever possible.

I dont have any travel advice as I've never has the disposable income for traveling. Haven't had anything close to a vacation in 6 years.

I got my shot with someone I support through my job (he lives in a group home) so for his sake we needed to wait. If I had gone by myself I probably still would have waited.

I think its great. Flavor is strong. Very sweet but not too sweet (for soda drinkers, for someone who avoids sugary drinks its going to be like drinking straight sugar).

My wife also has jury duty tomorrow potentially. She has to call at 1145 (third time needing to call this week) which is halfway through her work shift. Not sure how long she has until she needs to report if they say for her to come in. Parking downtown is a nightmare here and she's a nanny so she can't really leave suddenly.

I only worked retail for about 6 months but when I did customers usually bailed on about 6 pennies per shift. We did not have a penny thing so I just tucked the extra pennies under the register for these situations. If i was out and this happened I'd keep it in mind and fix it later when I got an extra.

My register was usually perfect at the end of shift.

I used to absolutely lose it at bad drivers when I was a new driver. I briefly followed people a few times just wailing on my horn repeatedly. I actually broke my horn on my old car.

I got over it really quickly when I started driving about 25 hrs a week on the clock. I figured I couldn't be mad all the time and that I might lose my job. That was about 7 years ago and I still have that job (though I drive a lot less now) and I'm very chill while driving now. Not worth it as long as I stay vigilant to keep myself and any passengers safe that's what I can control.

I learned yesterday that my 04 civic is not going to pass another inspection due to rotting in the frame. I have several months before it is due for another inspection but it needs some work that I'm not willing to pay for if the car isn't going to last a year.

I really liked my civic. Got it about 8 years ago for 5,500 with 108k on it. I'm hoping to find a similar car, but cars with comparable miles+ age at the time of purchase are about double what they were 8 years ago.

Just hoping for some general advice, make/model suggestions, financing suggestions (I'm able to put about 6k down), whatever people may think of.

There seem to be a bunch of Chevy cruzes that seem somewhat reasonable. How are they as cars?

The kids were like 9 when they were cast. They would have been like 12-3 in filming of the 3rd movie.

They start getting spaced out a bit more towards the end, I think they're like 21 in the final film when they should be 17.

I will say the DLC's story is much better than the main game's.

And the main story does have one interesting character.

Who are you referring to? sylens?

And yeah I loved the world building and figuring out what had happened and where each location was. The story was kind of whatever. Fun enough but nothing crazy or super memorable.

Maybe we will find out eventually. I think those Fantastic Beasts prequels are supposed to be telling us his origin story. I might be wrong but I think a young man in them is meant to be future Voldemort.

Voldemort would be 1 when the second movie took place. He was born in 1926. The duel between Dumbledore and grindiwald is in 1945, which will presumably be when the series wraps up. He could have some minor appearances but Tom Riddle is going to be a young student probably until the 5th movie and likely had nothing to do with the events that led to the downfall of grindiwald.

I'm at work in the bathroom so no where near my room. I have 2 water bottles in my room, one is like 7% full and the other like 80%. So unless the first one counts as empty I think I would be ok.

I'd only miss about 10% of my games. Id miss all of my furniture and it would be more expensive to replace my bed couch table recliner and so on than the handful of games I'd actually bother rebuying.
