Have they figured out how to do crypto without using 1.21 gigawatts or electricity yet?

Long time ago. Proof of Stake is the type of distributed ledger tech that you're looking for as opposed to the Proof of Work style of the Bitcoin network. However, you're trading security and how power (authority in this sense) is distributed between the network participants. PoW, you have to actively contribute to the network to gain control. PoS, you can just buy your way in. There are people who argue that you can buy your way in with PoW as well; some mega institution or government could funnel money into buying the facilities to take control of the bitcoin network but in execution, it's considerably more difficult to execute.

But here's a good article on accepting the cost of the bitcoin network.

On top of that, DeFi offers rates at >10% interest compared to super savings accounts for 0.01% interest and the super elites getting access to yield accounts of 2%. We're moving to a bankless world. You're fighting a losing cause at this point if you keep ignoring and rebuking crypto.

In all honesty, everyone should learn about investing especially in the crypto world. The entire world is fighting for dominance using the technology and will change how the world conducts business like how the internet changed the world for sharing information.

Even if you don't have the money, the knowledge will be invaluable for when you do have the money to invest. And $10 will go a long way over the course of a few years. I had a friend who I invested $10 in Chainlink for and she was shocked it was worth over $600 when she finally got around to making a wallet.

I know this post will fall on deaf ears but it's worth throwing out there since everyone in investing wishes they did it earlier even when they had no money.

And they can still redesign the old world and expand upon it to show each of the villages' growth over the past 2 in game years. You don't crave for a partner because there aren't that many available to begin with, and what's out there is good anyway. The substandard ones starve or get hunted.

Enter the modern era. Substandard people don't get hunted, they survive, we're civilized. That doesn't mean said person will be found desirable. Actually, that person is NOT desirable.

So we got a bunch of men and women who are a 5 or a 4 feeling they're chronically single, while looking for a 9 or 10.

In those times, the top tier of men had harems, then there were a minority of monogamous couples and the rest of other guys were left to suck salt. Men in general have lower rates of reproduction compared to women.

I remember an episode of the Romeo Show on Nickelodeon on this subject. Women have it ingrained in them to nurture and the appeal of the bad boy is to help change them and make them a better person that has their shit together. Unfortunately, that fantasy is a lot more difficult for the ladies to achieve when the dude is a grown legal adult continually being a dumbass vs. a naive little kid with troubles in middle school.

This is incorrect. Girls are attracted to power. A bad boy in the eyes of younger girls have control over their lives and have the power to do what they want. A girl being able to land a guy and get him to commit to her will see herself as higher value in relation to her peers for accomplishing this.

The maternal instinct and nurturing nature kicks in when they see a kid or man in tears or emotionally vulnerable. That's when they come in to console them. Unfortunately for men, this comes at a price as then girls will see those guys as less attractive. This is where the old adages of "never show your emotions around girls" and "Real men don't cry" come from. It's not out of toxic masculinity but cultural rules to protect your relationship.

This sounds far too broad, like this could pass off for geopolitics. A group is going to serve the interests of their own first before catering to others. I suppose it differs from geopolitics as it analyzes ethnically diverse populations and creating a general identity where everyone can claim with pride would be a tall order if America is anything to go by. No one wants to solely say they're "American", there's always some extra identity appended.

Of course I had to remind him to be careful using that word because there will be types that will get fussy about his usage and this was back in 2013 or so.

Why use that word in your lyrics if you don't want a specific demographic, who you know will listen to your music and is a big factor in your success, to say the word?

I remember Kendrick Lamar making a big fuss when he let a fangirl on his stage and she ecstatically rapped the lyrics to the current song but didn't censor herself. If you have that much of a problem with who uses your word, stop using it. Making a fuss about it just furthers the divide between races and comes off as hypocritical when one race is demanding equality but wanting special treatment at the same time.

Drunk white people DEFINITELY use the N word more. But that's just as telling. Telling that you don't actually understand anything about it and only hold back because you don't have the courage to say it. s***s so damn awkward.

Look at it this way, a significant number of super star celebrities are rappers who use and abuse the "n word" in their music. Their music appeals to a large population in this country (the US) as well as the rest of the world. The majority of citizens in this country is white, meaning they think rap music, and consequently the use of the n word there is cool. Because it's cool, they'll emulate it.

This has absolutely nothing to do with racism. If something is to be done to change this, then the source that influences and enables people to fling the 'n-word' around should be targeted; i.e. rappers who all spam it in their music and sell to the very demographic that others don't want mimicking. Until then, if mega star rappers are going to perform for the white demographic and take their bloody money, everything they use to appeal to them is fair game.

There's lots of traits you could be looking for aside from "soft spoken and won't argue with me" if you want a healthy, equal relationship.

Because at the end of the day, when you're charting your direction for your life that involves big career changes and if you're in a relationship and both of you want to make it work, someone has to capitulate and follow the lead of the other person. Most of the time, it's the guy who is initiating these changes because he's expected to bring home the bacon and make sure the bills are paid. As a consequence, women are expected to play the support role.

This happened almost 10 years ago. Currently, Twitter is way too large and influential as a platform, a significant portion of the population use it as a source for information. It shouldn't be a private platform, that's too much power for a single entity with an ability to suppress, and pick and choose which information they want to rise to the limelight.

Anyhow, unless Twitter figures out how to adapt to blockchain tech, it's going to get killed in the transition to the smartcontract revolution.

He did and didn't answer her question. An important part of her question was the *not getting assets enough to be able to change the world*. He ignored that part of the question. But to be fair, that part has to be ignored, because her question, with that included, basically is asking "how do you do X when Y stops you 100% of the time". Well, in that case, X is impossible to do.

So he answered under a different framework. That if you do want to enact change, you have to change your way of thinking. Instead of thinking Y will stop me 100% of the time, so there's no point in trying. Think that you just need to change yourself for the better first, then changing the world becomes possible.

There's an old adage I'm reminded of, something along the lines of "to best help the world, take care of yourself first". Basically you make sure you're living a sustainable life and not being a burden. From there, you can reach self-actualization and produce and contribute significantly to world and community around you.

Reading your post and then going to the video, I understood Petersen perfectly, but this is a difficult question to answer and the answer is going to be even more difficult to believe since it's not a straight forward answer and it requires the understanding of the adage I mentioned.

People have more power than they realize, from being able to influence others just by their lifestyles alone and their own personal successes, and it's very difficult to quantify but there are opportunities available to those who are creative and/or daring enough to find them.

These are going to sound like hollow words until you experience this for yourself. This is why OP was so hostile to your post.

Note there is some nudity, where there's this one scene where he meets a European couple (where the wife was topless) hanging out near a lake and they share lunch together before he continues along his travels. Other than that I don't think there is any other potentially inappropriate scenes besides another couple giggling inside a tent at a distance (but the scene moves onto the next morning and nothing is explicitly mentioned or shown) or another girl trying to lead him on in her trailer home before he turns her down.
