You can try playing with razor thin stop losses to help minimize that, but thats likely just going to result in you constantly selling at small, consistent losses if youre doing that across many stocks. --- |

I current have 22 of the companies in my portfolio as long term holds, but I like many of the ones listed that I dont have, so seems to be a decent way to diversify further, honestly. Not putting a ton of money in, but a bit here and there doesnt seem like a bad idea with the dip were currently in. As you said though, who knows how much longer and further this could go on for.
